I just returned from a deeply transformative men's retreat in Sedona, Arizona, and it was one of the most meaningful experiences I've had in years. Under the vast night sky at Bell Rock, the solo meditation brought me answers I didn’t even know I was seeking. I found my edge during the cold plunge and the challenging hike to the top of Cathedral Rock. Most powerfully, I learned to release my fear of death and truly trust life. I came home committed to my true identity—as love itself. Instead of forcing outcomes, I’m now practicing allowing, accepting what is, and living from that place of love. This retreat is a powerful opportunity to step away from daily routines and worldly distractions so you can reconnect with your own personal truth. If you’re ready to turn a corner in your life, Michael is the guide who will meet you there. I highly recommend this experience to any man who feels called to go deeper.

I recently attended a men's retreat in Sedona, AZ, and the experience exceeded anything I could ha ve expected. From the moment I arrived, there was a deep sense of respect woven into every interaction between the facilitator, Michael Pupiales, and among the group as a whole. The environment felt intentionally created to be peaceful and grounding, allowing me to truly slow down and be present. The retreat offered a powerful balance of structure and openness. Practices like breathwork and Qi Gong brought a calming awareness to my body and mind, while the hikes through Sedona's incredible landscape created space for reflection and quiet discovery within myself. Each activity felt purposeful yet never forced upon me; there was a humility in the wat everything was guided leaving room for my personal interpretation and growth. What stood out most was the sense of brotherhood with all seven of us including Michael. There was something deeply meaningful about being surrounded by kindred spirits - men willing to show up authentically, share openly, and truly listen without judgement or "you should have done it this way". the group sessions fostered a rate level of acknowledgment, where each of our voices felt heard and valued. That was very important to me and made the experience incredibly peaceful. The very cold plunge and other physical elements added tangible dimension to the retreat, pushing my comfort zones in a supportive and encouraging way. It wasn't just about mental or emotional work; it was about embodying the experience fully. I left feeling more mindful, centered, and connected, not just to those other men attending, but myself. The entire retreat was inspirational in the most genuine sense of the word. It wasn't about grand transformations or forced breakthroughs, but rather a quiet, steady unfolding of clarity and presence. If you are looking for a space that is respectful, calming, and deeply authentic; a place to reconnect, reflect, and grow alongside other men. I can't recommend the experience enough. Side note: our meals were healthy and delicious. Our housing site was comfortable, easy to locate and awesome.

Brothaaa, you’re such an amazing guide through this journey of self liberation and discovery! Just finished up a men’s retreat weekend here in Sedona that was very needed for my soul. Every detail was beautifully timed and well thought out, i really loved that you would ask everyone what they were feeling before we started on anything which allowed for the ability to shift based on the energy of the moment, as well as allowed for co creation within the weekend rather than a rigid schedule of events. Your ability to be open to each moment allowed for all of us to let our guards down and feel safe enough to move through our struggles and step into a rebirth together. Thank you deeply for being you Micheal and allowing everyone to witness you in your journey, this really created a space for us all to show up as we are without judgement. Lots of clarity and confirmation occurred within me this weekend. I look forward to sharing a space like such with you again soon brother! ❤️

A call to men who feel the fire stirring.

For men who know it's time to step forward with clarity, strength, and embodied presence.

This retreat isn't a sampler. It's three days for men who already know something needs to move and are willing to sit with what comes up when it does.

If you came to feel good for a weekend and leave unchanged, this isn't the right one. If you're past that, read on.

Held in the powerful red rock landscape of Sedona

This is not a performance of masculinity.
It is a remembrance of it.

You're not broken. You're covered over.

You're not broken. You're covered over.

Most retreats sell transformation as something you'll acquire.

This retreat is different because the premise is that you're already whole. The patterns, friction, and noise you're carrying aren't who you are.

They're what's in the way.

That distinction changes how three days unfold.
