Breathwork, Qi Gong, Vortex Hikes, intuitive coaching, a Fire & Ice Ceremony, and the kind of brotherhood that's hard to find anywhere else.

This retreat isn't a sampler. It's three days for men who already know something needs to move and are willing to sit with what comes up when it does.
If you came to feel good for a weekend and leave unchanged, this isn't the right one. If you're past that, read on.

Men’s Rite of Fire is a modern initiation rooted in masculine embodiment, disciplined power, and spiritual sovereignty.
As we continue 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse, we work with forces of momentum, vitality, courage, and forward movement—learning not only how to awaken the fire within, but how to contain, direct, and wield it with integrity.
This is not a performance of masculinity.
It is a remembrance of it.

Most retreats sell transformation as something you'll acquire. This one operates differently because Michael's premise is that you're already whole. The patterns, friction, and noise you're carrying aren't who you are. They're what's obscuring who you are.
That distinction changes how three days unfold.
Practices & Experiences
This is a rigorously held container that blends physical challenge, inner work, and integration. Each element is designed to bring you into direct contact with your edge—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Core practices include:
Men’s sharing circles create a confidential space for honest reflection, accountability, and brotherhood. These circles help participants integrate the retreat experience through truth-telling, deep listening, and shared support.
The Sedona landscape isn't a just a backdrop. Hiking on this sacred land with intention is a ceremony for bringing men closer to their Inner Truth. Physically challenging hikes, slow walks, silence, and unstructured time out on the red rocks are part of the work. Each hike is an intentional journey into presence, challenge, reflection, and connection with the land.
Multiple sessions across the weekend, each with a specific intent. Breathwork practices are used to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and access deeper states of awareness. These sessions support emotional clarity, embodied presence, and a stronger connection to self.
Meditation and Qi Gong help men slow down, regulate their energy, and return to the body. Through stillness, breath, and mindful movement, participants cultivate grounded vitality, inner steadiness, and life force.
The Fire & Ice Ceremony combines breathwork and ice baths as a practice of resilience, presence, and will. Through controlled exposure to intensity, men learn to meet discomfort with breath, focus, and inner command.
Nourishment & Vitality
All meals are included and will be 100% organic, thoughtfully prepared to support clarity, strength, and recovery throughout the weekend.
You’ll also receive education on adaptogens for male vitality, including daily sample preparations and guidance on how to work with these plant allies to support energy, resilience, hormonal balance, and long-term wellbeing.

Michael doesn't teach from theory. His path has passed through addiction, self-doubt, and a meaning crisis that brought him face-to-face with his own shadow. A decade of work turned those wounds into tools. Vipassana meditation. Plant medicine ceremonies with indigenous elders. Somatic modalities. Shadow work.
He's certified in breathwork through the LOKA School of Yoga, trained in classical pranayama from the Vedic tradition. But credentials are secondary. What matters is that he's done the work himself, and he facilitates from that place.
Included in your registration:
Two pre-retreat coaching calls (via Zoom) to prepare your body, nervous system, and intentions for the work
Two post-retreat integration calls (via Zoom) to help you embody and stabilize the insights, commitments, and shifts that emerge
This ensures that what is awakened in the container does not fade—but becomes lived, actionable, and integrated into your daily life.

He doesn’t facilitate from theory alone. His own path has passed through addiction, self-doubt, shadow work, and a profound meaning crisis that brought him face-to-face with his own shadow. Over the last decade, Michael has transformed those wounds into tools through Vipassana meditation, classical pranayama, plant medicine ceremonies with indigenous elders, somatic work, and deep personal integration.
Certified in breathwork through the LOKA School of Yoga and trained in classical pranayama from the Vedic tradition, Michael brings both lived experience and grounded practice to this retreat. Through sacred hiking, breathwork, Qi Gong, meditation, men’s circles, and initiatory ceremony, he creates a strong masculine container where men can meet themselves honestly, reconnect with brotherhood, and step more fully into a passionate, purposeful, and fulfilled life.

Men who are clear they want to do real inner work and ready to be challenged in the process. Background, age, and prior experience with breathwork or ceremony don't matter much. Readiness does.
Multiple breathwork sessions across the three days, ceremony work woven through, intuitive coaching individually and in small groups, and meaningful unstructured time on the land. Days are full but not packed — the pacing is designed to let things land.
Included. The only thing you need to worry about is getting here and back home. Logistics can be discussed on a discovery call.
