Most coaching operates from a deficit model. There's something you don't have, and the goal is to add it. Frameworks, strategies, accountability, new ways of thinking.

The premise here is the inverse. What you're looking for isn't somewhere outside you waiting to be installed. It's underneath the friction, the patterns, and the conditioning you've been carrying for a while.

Sessions identify that friction with precision and create the conditions for it to release. The work tends to look less like a tactical conversation and more like a sustained, attentive one. Pace varies. Some sessions are quiet. Some surface significant material. Whatever shows up is what we work with.

Michael Pupiales is a certified breathwork practitioner and men's coach based in Sedona. His training is rooted in the LOKA School of Yoga in the lineage of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, refined through years of personal practice and one-on-one facilitation. His coaching draws on somatic practice, intuitive presence, and an unshakeable belief that the men he works with already have what they need.

Investment.

The standard rate is $333 per hour. Billing is monthly, based on session frequency. The minimum commitment is six weeks. After that, we re-evaluate. No long contract.

What you're paying for: a consistent place to be heard well by someone who has spent years building the capacity to hear you. The hour matters less than the rhythm. That's what compounds.

Is this only for men in crisis?

No. Most people Michael works with are functioning well externally and are working with a specific fatigue underneath. The work suits men in transition more than men in collapse.

How long do clients usually stay?

Six weeks minimum, but most run between three and six months. After the minimum, we re-evaluate together. No long contract.

Do you work with clients outside Sedona?

Yes. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone. You can work with Michael from across the U.S. and internationally.

Are sessions available in Spanish?

Yes. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

What's the difference between coaching and breathwork?

Coaching is a sustained 1:1 container of conversation and presence. Breathwork is a somatic practice that may be referenced or integrated, but it isn't the modality of the coaching itself.
