Michael and Omkari support you both as a couple and individually through coaching, breathwork, somatic practice, bodywork, ceremony, guided dialogue, and sacred time on the Sedona land.

Who facilitates
Michael
Michael is a men’s work facilitator, transformational coach, breathwork instructor, and embodiment guide.
In couples retreats with his wife, Omkari, he brings a grounded masculine presence that supports truth, emotional responsibility, sacred intimacy, and embodied devotion.
His work honors relationship as a spiritual path: a place where unconscious patterns can be seen, trust can be restored, and love can become a lived practice.
Michael draws from breathwork, men’s work, meditation, somatic embodiment, spiritual mentorship, and transformational retreat facilitation to support couples in returning to presence, clarity, and deeper union.
Omkari
Omkari is a healing catalyst, intuitive coach, and embodiment guide with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and groups heal, awaken, and thrive.
Through a heart-centered blend of somatic embodiment, quantum healing, intuitive coaching, breathwork, yoga, and multidimensional bodywork, she guides clients into greater peace, vitality, love, and authentic fulfillment.
In her work with couples, Omkari creates a safe, deeply intuitive space for honest communication, emotional healing, sacred intimacy, and embodied connection; supporting relationships as a powerful path of transformation, trust, and lasting love.

Our time with Michael and his wife, Omkari, in Sedona was truly beyond words — a deeply healing and transformative experience that felt divinely guided from start to finish. How much does a couples retreat in Sedona cost?
Pricing is determined after the discovery call and depends on the length, focus, and level of support included in your retreat. Each retreat is custom-designed, so the investment is clarified once we understand what your relationship is asking for.
Is lodging included?
No. Couples book their own lodging in Sedona. This allows you to choose the space, location, and level of comfort that best supports your retreat experience.
We can connect you with some lovely Air Bnbs that offer a discount for our clients.
Is this couples therapy?
No. This is not couples therapy, clinical counseling, or a replacement for licensed mental health care. This is a private retreat container focused on relational coaching, somatic work, ceremony, embodiment, and guided time on the land. If you're in crisis or looking for clinical couples therapy, a licensed therapist is the right starting point.
How is this different from other Sedona couples retreats?
Two things make this retreat different: it is private, and it is guided by a married couple committed to Sacred Union. We work with one couple at a time, rather than in a group format, so the entire retreat is shaped around your relationship. You also receive two perspectives on the work: masculine and feminine, individual and relational, practical and intuitive. The retreat combines couples work, individual support, somatic practice, ceremony, and direct engagement with the Sedona land.
