A small-group, all-inclusive spiritual retreat for ten men in Sedona. Breathwork, meditation, ceremony, and intuitive coaching included from arrival to departure.
Discovery call required · No commitment
- Limited to 10 men
- Sessions available in English and Spanish

The point of an all-inclusive retreat is that you don't piece it together. Here's what's handled when you arrive.
- All sessions: breathwork, meditation, ceremony, intuitive coaching
- One-on-one and small-group time with Michael
- All on-site materials and practice supplies
- Three nights of lodging on private land near Red Rocks State park
- Shared lodging
- All meals across the three days, cooked each day.
- Dietary accommodations available with advance notice
- Guided outdoor sessions on the Sedona landscape
- Unstructured time and access to outdoor practice space
- Travel to and from Sedona
- Pre or post-retreat lodging if needed
- Personal incidentals
All-inclusive doesn't mean checked-in-and-relaxed. The structure is intentional. Each day holds multiple breathwork sessions, time for meditation and silence, ceremony work woven through, and intuitive coaching individually and in small groups. Days are full but not packed. The pacing is designed to let things land.

Sedona has a long history with retreat work for a reason. The red rocks change what people do with stillness. Silence and unstructured time land differently in that landscape than they do anywhere else. Holding the retreat in Sedona isn't decorative. It's part of why the work goes where it goes.

All-inclusive packaging can make a retreat sound like a product. This one isn't a product. Michael's premise, throughout all his work, is that you're already whole. The work isn't acquiring something new. It's recognizing what's been there. The packaging is logistics. The retreat itself is something else.
Not every man is ready for three days in Sedona, and not every man needs to be. Michael's monthly 1:1 coaching is where most men start. Same approach, different format.

Three nights of lodging, all meals, all sessions (breathwork, meditation, ceremony, intuitive coaching), guided hikes, and all on-site materials. Travel to and from Sedona is the only major expense not included.
Travel to Sedona is on you. Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is the closest major airport, about two hours by car. Flagstaff is closer for some travelers. The discovery call covers logistics and timing.
Yes. Dietary needs come up on the discovery call and during intake so meals are planned accordingly.
The structure is built around spiritual practice, not amenities. Breathwork from a classical pranayama lineage, meditation, and ceremony are the core of three days. The all-inclusive framing handles logistics so the practice isn't competing with arrangements.
